Your name, Pet’s name, your contact number & emergency contact number will be kept on the company mobile phone to enable any employee of Waggs N Barks to communicate with you about appointments or in case of an emergency. No other details are held on Waggs N Barks company mobile phone. The mobile phone is protected by a password / pin number.
You can ask to view your client record at any time by contacting Waggs N Barks. Waggs N Barks will not share your information with any third-party companies and it is solely for the purposes for your pet’s requirements and to enable Waggs N Barks to contact you.
How long will we keep your information?
Personal data will be retained in accordance with statutory requirements. Any financial data arising from a transactional process will be held securely by Waggs N Barks in accordance and compliance with all statutory and HMRC requirements.
